Who We Are

ReelsSync is a service for automatically syncing and publishing video content (Reels) from Instagram to platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok. The service acts on behalf of the user using OAuth permissions explicitly granted by the user. Contact: daniel763@gmail.com

Information Collected

• Account details: Display name and account ID for each connected platform.
• OAuth Tokens: Access and refresh tokens for connected platforms — stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM).
• Post metadata: Captions, URLs, media IDs, timestamps, and publish status.
• User settings: Sync configuration, schedules, and AI system prompts.

How We Use Your Data

Data is used solely to publish content on behalf of the user to their connected platforms. Data is never sold, transferred, or shared with third parties for any other purpose. No targeted advertising, behavioral profiling, or commercial use of your data takes place.

Storage & Security

All OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before being stored in the database. Access to your data is restricted to your account only.

Third-Party Services

The service uses the official APIs of Google/YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta/Instagram, and TikTok, subject to their respective privacy policies.

Disconnection & Deletion

You can disconnect any account at any time from the "Connections" page — this will remove the token from our system. To request full data deletion, contact daniel763@gmail.com.
