תיאור השירות: ReelsSync מאפשר למשתמש לחבר את חשבונות הרשתות החברתיות שלו עצמו (TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram) ולפרסם אליהם סרטונים קצרים — בהעלאה ידנית או בסנכרון אוטומטי — על בסיס הרשאות OAuth שהמשתמש נתן בעצמו.
אחריות המשתמש: עליך להיות הבעלים של החשבונות שאתה מחבר, ולפרסם רק תוכן שיש לך זכות לפרסם. אתה מתחייב לפעול בהתאם לתנאי השימוש של כל פלטפורמה מחוברת (לרבות תנאי TikTok) ולחוקים החלים.
שימוש אסור: אין להשתמש בשירות לתוכן בלתי חוקי, פוגעני, מפר זכויות יוצרים, ספאם או כל שימוש לרעה ב-API של הפלטפורמות.
ללא אחריות: השירות מסופק "כפי שהוא" (AS IS) ללא אחריות מכל סוג. איננו אחראים לזמינות, לתקלות בפלטפורמות צד שלישי או לתוצאות הפרסום.
הגבלת אחריות: בכפוף לחוק, ReelsSync לא יישא באחריות לכל נזק עקיף, תוצאתי או אובדן נתונים הנובע מהשימוש בשירות.
סיום: ניתן להפסיק את השימוש ולנתק את החשבונות בכל עת מדף "חיבור חשבונות". אנו רשאים להשעות גישה במקרה של הפרת תנאים.
שינויים: אנו רשאים לעדכן תנאים אלה מעת לעת; המשך השימוש מהווה הסכמה לגרסה המעודכנת.

Acceptance: By using ReelsSync you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service: ReelsSync lets each user connect their own social accounts (TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram) and publish short videos to them — by manual upload or automatic sync — based on OAuth permissions the user granted.
User responsibilities: You must own the accounts you connect and only publish content you have the right to publish. You agree to comply with each connected platform's terms (including TikTok's) and all applicable laws.
Prohibited use: No illegal, abusive, or infringing content, no spam, and no misuse of the platforms' APIs.
No warranty: The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for availability, third-party platform failures, or publishing outcomes.
Limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by law, ReelsSync is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages or data loss arising from use of the service.
Termination: You may stop using the service and disconnect your accounts at any time from the "Connections" page. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
Changes: We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
